The promise

You don't need everything figured out to start.

Most people with a business idea are waiting on something: the perfect name, a logo, a business plan, a better time, more money, more confidence. Meanwhile the idea sits.

Here's what actually gets a business started: a real problem, the people who have it, and proof that someone will pay you to fix it. That's where we begin. The logo can come later.

Society glamorizes entrepreneurship without showing the work, physical and mental, that goes into it. I'll be straight with you about that work, and I'll be in your corner while you do it.

Who this is for

This is for you if…

  • You have an idea, maybe just a sentence, and you keep putting it off.
  • You're not sure anyone would pay for it, and you don't know how to find out.
  • You've started something, and now you're stuck on what to do next.
  • Fear, self-doubt, or "I'm not a business person" keeps getting the last word.
  • You have a job, a family, or both, and you need a plan that fits real life.

If that's you, let's get to work.

How we'll work

From idea to first customer, in order.

We start wherever you are. If you already have customers, we skip ahead.

01

Get clear on the idea

What problem does it solve, who has that problem, and why are you the one to fix it? We get it down to a sentence you can say out loud.

02

Research it for real

Talk to the people who have the problem. Look at who already solves it and what they charge. Find out what you're up against before you spend a dollar.

03

Test it before you build it

Put a simple offer in front of real people and ask for a yes, a booking, or a pre-order. Real interest has a price.

04

Build the first version

Your business model, your pricing, and the smallest version you can deliver well. Keep it simple enough to start this month.

05

Land your first customers

Deliver, learn what people actually value, and ask for the next sale. Then build the habits that keep it moving.

06

Lead like an owner

The mindset side: decisions, follow-through, and handling the fear and second-guessing that show up when it gets real.

What working together looks like

One-on-one coaching, with accountability built in.

We meet one-on-one each week. You leave every session with clear next steps, and you come back having done them. Need one focused hour, a month of momentum, or six weeks to get from idea to launch? There's a path for each, and you can see them on the packages page.

It starts with a free, no-pressure 30-minute discovery call. Bring the idea, however rough it is. We'll talk it through and see if we're a fit. Pricing is shared on the call, once we know which path fits you best.

Why work with me

I've started businesses. Not all of them went as planned.

I'm a serial entrepreneur with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business and a degree in organizational management. I've built my own businesses, including CoreEthos Group, and I'm still building.

I've also launched businesses that didn't go as planned. Those taught me more than any class did: what to test first, what to skip, and how to keep going when it gets hard. That's what I bring to your idea.

I'm a certified life coach and a military veteran, so expect real support and real accountability.

Common questions

Before you book

I only have an idea. Is that too early?

No. That's exactly where a lot of this work starts. We'll get it clear enough to test.

Do I need to quit my job?

No. Plenty of businesses start on nights and weekends. We'll build a plan around the time you actually have.

Do I need a business plan first?

Not to start. You need to know the problem, who has it, and whether they'll pay. The plan gets easier to write once you have those answers.

What if I find out my idea won't work?

Then you found out early and cheaply, which is a win. Often the research points to a better version of the idea.

Do you give legal, tax or financial advice?

No. This is coaching. When you need a lawyer, an accountant or a financial professional, I'll tell you and help you know what to ask.
